Shipping & Customs Information

Processing for items takes approximately 10 business days for most products before shipping out. During busy periods, such as the Christmas holiday season, this may take longer. 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We currently offer a number of shipping options, the majority of which are tracked services.

Orders items are shipped from the UK, either from our registered business address, or our fulfilment centre.
Some of our products are made to order. We always process the orders within 1 day of receiving the order, from there, fulfilment can take around 10 days.
For standard UK delivery, the below information can be used as a guide:
UK orders should arrive within 24-48 hours after you receive notification of dispatch.

European orders are usually delivered within 1 to 2 weeks after you receive notification of dispatch.

Orders to the rest of the world can often take 2 or 3 weeks to arrive.

CUSTOMS CHARGES

For most EU countries, customs & duties are now prepaid so you will not have any unexpected charges when you receive your goods.

Due to many countries still experiencing delays, supply chain issues & uncertainty to import/customs systems, we cannot however guarantee that they will not try to charge you, even if we have submitted the correct paperwork on our end.

If this happens, the international delivery company will advise you of the amount due, and you must pay these charges before they can deliver your goods. If you do not pay within the time the carrier specifies, the order will be automatically returned to our warehouse in the UK. Upon receipt of the goods there, we will refund you but we will deduct the shipping costs.

EU MEMBER STATES - Orders exceeding €150: You are the importer of record, and the liability to remit the import VAT will shift to you when you receive the goods. 

Worldwide: We cannot guarantee that you will not receive customs and duties charges when shopping internationally. 

If this happens, the international delivery company will advise you of the amount due, and you must pay these charges before they can deliver your goods. If you do not pay within the time the carrier specifies, the order will be automatically returned to our warehouse in the UK. Upon receipt of the goods there, we will refund you but we will deduct the shipping costs.
